Redownloaded Opera will not open

Can't open Opera Ver: 113.0.5230.86 using Win11.
Downloaded 3x, ran sfc, dism. Opera worked before 2 days ago. Edge, Chrome & Tor work fine.
any further ideas?

@mjrisk Anti-virus, security and VPN software you have installed? That's often the culprit.

Have you tried the offline installer from https://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/desktop/113.0.5230.86/win/ installing it this way to make sure you have a clean install folder?

Have you tried 114.0.5282.21?

Restarted Windows?

Renamed your profile folder?
