Aria is not responding

For a few weeks now, Aria is not working at all, and when I enter a prompt, or try to do anything, it doesn't answer, and it hardly even show any kind of charging.
It stopped one day for no reason, while I was using it, in the middle of a conversation with Aria.
Here are the two screens of the tab before and after pressing tab with a prompt.
Hope someone can help me with this ! Thanks !
