Run javascript commands in Opera for Android

Hi,

In Europe sites must request consent to use personal data for advertisers and to access that info on a device.
Some sites have more than 200 providers without a button to reject them all and they reload the page automatically after a while making it very difficult to impossible to reject them all.

This is the a legit use case where running a script to disable them all would come handy (just like I'm able to do in the desktop).

I saw some posts with a solution to do it in Chrome but it doesn't work with Opera.

is there a way to open the console in Opera for android or an alternative way to run some javascript commands in a page?
