[Duplicated]Opera stops Lastpass from Working

I have been using the Lastpass extension for some time and it actually worked better than other browsers for some reason.
Sadly that stopped yesterday,
Now it will not show the login dialog when I press the icon, so Lastpass rendered useless.
Why do I blame Opera, well because it has become a bit flaky on things like cookie preferences, with clicks not being registered unless I change tab and come back to it.
I have tried removing the lastpass extension, rebooting PC and many more attempts. I still get this tiny box appearing instead of Lastpass login box.

Do I really have to uninstall Opera, try to install an older version, then lock down Opera so it can't upgrade?
