I think there's someone in my opera account

For a couple weeks now I've seen strange things (History telling me I've visited sites I never would)
today I saw in my speed search Opera flow and was certain it wasn't me
So I checked my activity and tehre it was, someone from Sweden is in my account,
Mind you this is a completely new account
the last one was also hacked into
I did everything Change emails, change passwords, enable 2FA
I even deleted my last one
I don't know what to do anymore if anyone can help
