I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to request your assistance in recovering access to my Opera GX account. Unfortunately, I have lost access to my account after performing a factory reset on my PC. In the process, I realized that I did not save the backup codes necessary to regain access.
Additionally, I do not have any authentication apps set up with codes for my account, which has compounded the issue. As a result, I am currently unable to log in and use my Opera GX account.
I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to proceed with recovering my account. Please let me know if there are any steps I need to follow or any information you require from me to verify my identity and regain access.

@LuminousNova777 If you have set up a second factor authentication for your account and no longer have access to the authenticator app nor have the backup codes, then you probably lost (access to) your account.
