[MAC OS 14.6] Opera browser stays off

Opera the browser goes on and off several times and finally stays off. I tried to clear my cache, run CleanMyMac, restart my Macbook, reinstall Opera but none of this works.

Here is the report by Apple for 14.6.1 update but say nothing about compabilities.
