Can`t install Opera GX

I wanted to install Opera GX, but when I downloaded installer, I got zip archive with out executable file. How can I install this browser on my PC?

@leocg from here: https://www.opera.com/ru/gx . When I press "Download Opera GS" I get OperaGXSetup.zip.

@a0sandrogaylov It should be a .exe file. What's the content of the zip file?

@leocg It's interesting: first link gives the same archive, on second it's all right. But the most interesting is that when I again tried download Opera GX from https://www.opera.com/ru/gx, I got normal installer.
