Multiple instances of same device in Synchronized Tabs list.

I don't know how this happens, but my synchronized tabs list in Opera GX has multiple instances of the same devices in the list, basically snapshots in time, as only one of each is actually the current one. Is there some way to clean up this list so it's only showing the latest tabs from each device's browser?

@colinfair Very old known issue. Or feature, just don't know by now.
