Unable to block specific third-party cookies in Opera

I've been trying to enhance my privacy settings in Opera, but I'm running into an issue with blocking specific third-party cookies. Here's what I'm trying to do:
I want to block most third-party cookies for privacy reasons.
However, I need to allow cookies from a few trusted websites for work purposes.
I've tried adding exceptions for specific sites, but it seems to be all-or-nothing.Is there a way to block most third-party cookies while allowing them only for specific domains?
I've looked through the settings and tried using the cookie exception list, but I can't seem to find a solution that gives me this granular control.
Has anyone successfully implemented this kind of selective third-party cookie blocking in Opera?

If so, could you please guide me through the process?I would recommend you to install browser extension. Extensions like uBlock Origin or Cookie AutoDelete can offer more advanced cookie management options.
