Make Speed Dial easier to combine buttons

If you try to combine tab from left edge column with tab on line above at right edge the buttons seem to squirt around each other. Small item but bothersome. As it is you need to move the 2 buttons you want to combine to middle of a line somwhere, combine, then re-organize. TIA
