how can I recover my passwords

I recently formatted my computer, before that I synchronized my Opera browser so that when I reinstalled it I would recover everything. The problem is that I haven't been able to recover practically anything, only the bookmarks, but I can't bring my passwords, which is what mattered most to me.
What can be done?

@cr1styles01 Passwords synchronization was/is enabled? In sync.opera.com, it says that you have passwords synced?
