moving the mini player all arround the screen

Hello!
In Opera One (version: 113.0.5227.0) it is indicated that we can move the mini-player and place it anywhere on the screen and even in the address bar next to the extension icons.

I'm talking about this

in which I intend to put the commands here. It could even be in Aria's place.

I tried drag'n'drop but it didn't work. Click didn't work either...
