Browser "always on top"

I have the browser "Always on Top" but in don't want this.
How can ik this switch off? -

Opera itself doesn't have an option to make itself always on top. Must be something in Windows you did. I guess Windows key + ctrl + t does that when you have a windows for an app focused if you have the Windows Power Toys installed. For example, see https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/powertoys/always-on-top.
There might be some other shortcuts that do it with certain utilities like ctrl + F11 or alt + space.
None of those trigger anything on Windows by default for me though.
