Can't get bookmarks from old phone

Hello, a situation happened to me, I had a cell phone and there I had it in my Opera account before deleting the information from the device, I saved my pages in my account and however when I logged in on my other device, my new bookmarks that I saved were not there, I lost password access The one I saved was saved in the toolbar folder and at that time my goal was that I wanted to send some bookmarks in the Firefox folder to the opera bookmarks folder and I say this as information just in case doing so would mark me as my good device returning those pages that I lost because
I thought they were saved I need it since I use them at my university and I don't know who to contact
