I can´t install the Mendelay Extension on my sitebar

I want to use Mandeley with Opera. I found the extension in the Shop an download it. Then I moved to the menü and aktivate Mandeley. But it didn´t show up in my sitebar thing, were spotify and so on is locatetd. Did I miss a step?
