Lost access to 2FA authenticator

Lost access to my 2FA but i still have all the information to my email etc for account. Is there anyway to delete 2FA to the email attached to it if i provide the information necessary?

@hauntersg If you don't have access to the 2FA authenticator app and no longer have your backup codes, you will not be able to access your account.
