opera wont turn off when i shut my laptop lid

when I shut my laptop lid on other browsers whilst watching something it will turn off but with opera it stays open, how do I fix this?

Is your Power Options under advanced power settings is set to Sleep or Hibernate instead of Do nothing?

@bahula it was under sleep i set it to hibernate and it fixed it thanks
