[Suggestion] Make Opera handle by default all whatsapp URLs in my computer

Greetings,
I have observed that when attempting to access WhatsApp chats on a website, Windows prompts the desktop WhatsApp application on my computer. This has led me to wonder why Opera is unable to intercept these URLs.

@microvax Can't you change the protocol handler in the OS settings?
