Can't get rid of download popup

It's very annoying when you're watching a video in full screen and you try to save a frame from it and the download popup appears, causing the Windows interface to appear on top of the fullscreen video. Why isn't there such option in settings as in this screenshot but for downloads?

@lajo90 That option is for uploads.

Check the downloads section in settings page, there should be a option that may help.
