can't download opera vpn pro for windows

Hello, today I signed up for vpn pro, but when I go to the download page https://www.opera.com/products/vpn-pro/thanks nothing happens when I click the install button. How do I use vpn pro on opera for windows?
I tried various solutions from the forum, but nothing worked (clearing cookies, restarting Opera, logging in and out of my account etc.). It seems that the install button that is under the link from the email I received for the order does not contain any link.
Does anyone know what to do?

so I managed to download it eventually, via another computer. However, after installing "opera vpn for ui" the program remains "disconected" and even repeated logins, logging out in the browser, turning off opera or cleaning cookies did not help.
I have paid for the service, the trial 7 days have passed, but unfortunately for some unknown reason it does not work, which is quite frustrating.
