[Request]Disable Opera Startup Sound

This is the only post I will ever make on this board, but I would like to add my voice to those who have already asked for a straight forward means to disable the startup sound. Here's why:
I am very high sensory anxiety, because of reasons I don't have control over. I set my speakers to quiet time for the most part. But the problem is that you play an unexpected noise, and to make it worse you seem to want to play it at a high volume.I'm not cool with that. What I want is a disable option. Otherwise Opera is a cool browser. But I need the noise to be off. I am sure I am not alone in this. It is an accessibility issue*, not convenience for many of us.

@this-username-is-available From Opera One Developer 112 changelogs:

@leocg - Yes, every time anyone complains about this nonsense, the answer is always "We already fixed that" just not in the version that anyone gets to use. This has been going on for months. There have been several updates. But the update that will fix a known problem is always somewhere in the unknown future.

@leocg on 112, 113? I thought the 111 was the latest? Anyhow, now the splash screen doesn't even show up for me anymore. So I guess problem unintentionally solved??

@kartoffel-kartoffel As being discussed, the startup sound no longer exists in Opera 112, currently in beta version, and in Opera 113 Developer (alpha)

The splash screen only comes with each update, you'll get the splash screen again with the next update. The current windows version is 111.0.5168.55 -- if the next update is 111.something it will make noise. If the next update is 112.something it is supposed to be quiet.
