Problem updating opera again.

A few months ago I started having problems when I wanted to update my version of opera. the update was available but when I clicked on it, it just restarted the browser and continued with the old version.
I posted the problem in this forum and they told me to try with the installer. so I did and it was impossible. I had to reinstall manually. Now after months the same thing is happening again. I tried to update from operasetup and it didn't work.
now every time I try to open the program I get this.
I already know in advance (because it is not the first time it happens to me) that I have to do the manual uninstallation, since I cannot reinstall or uninstall.
What I do not remember is how to do it.

First, try to uninstall Opera. If it fails, don't worry about it.
Then, delete the "Opera" install folder. It's either in "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Programs" or "C:\Program Files" depending on how you installed Opera.
Then, download the Opera installer in whatever browser you want, launch it, click "options", adjust all the options as you like and install.
