Unable to access certain Addon pages

Was going about installing some addons, like UBlock and things of that nature when for whatever reason the official Opera Addon site errored out saying that there was too many redirects.
Trying to fix this myself i have since turned off all addons (including default ones) and adblock/tracker block on the browser to no avail. All settings on my end are default where applicable and cache has also been cleaned to maximum settings.
