Spotify and Apple Music not listed in sidebar Player

When I open media player on the sidebar, the options for Spotify and apple music do not exist and I have already tried reinstalling but it doesn't work.

Can anyone help out?

What country are you in and what locale are you using in Opera and on your Windows?
