Remove extension from Opera (Not just from extension manager)

Hi all,

I'm trying to remove an extension from my opera but, even after removing it from the extension manager, it continues to appear in opera://system/.

I would like to know how I can remove it from opera permanently, in a way that it doesn't appear anywhere

Opera One (version: 109.0.5097.45) (arm64)
Opera is up to date
Update flow: Stable
System: macOS Version 14.4.1 (Build 23E224) 14.4.1 arm64
Chromium version:123.0.6312.106

@gfilgueiras If I remember correctly, it's an internal extension and you can remove it.

It's because it'show a file "isolated-first.jst" everytime i reload a page on network console

@gfilgueiras I guess it's the ad-blocker, you can try disabling it to see if it makes any difference
