Command line password import

Hello, I'm using Opera portable. Whenever I use it on another computer I had to re-import password.
So I'm thinking of creating a batch file to execute Opera with command line parameters to import password file.
I can't find documentation to password import command, does anybody know how? Advance, thanks.
