Saving as pdf to include comments

Suddenly when i try to save pages as pdf files it doesnt include the txt comments below.
It used to.
Any idea why it stopped?

Example site = instructables.com

Looking at projects, the dynamite info to takeaway is in the comments below the project on the same page. I go to save as pdf and only 8 pages can be saved which is the project but no comments.

Any ideas?
