Can't access settings of an extension anymore.

Description: I want to access the extension settings of a extension called "Limit - Set Limits for Distracting Sites" On the opera://extensions/ site there is no "Options/Settings" button under the listed Extension. Half a year ago, I could access the settings trough the extentions-button next to the seach-bar/url-bar. Through an update, his extension button got moved to the sidebar and since then it just redirects to the opera://extensions/ site. There is no option to enter the settings of the Extension anymore. In Edge it still works like in the old Opera version.
Are there other ways to enter the settings?
Steps to reproduce: To see how it should work try installing the extension in a different browser - click on the extension button - click on the "Limit" Extension - a box will open - click open settings - you get redirected to the settings page extension://cljdjojmjdnlmggficioagingmjdfphe/html/settings.html (copying the link from edge to opera doesn't work)
Actual result: I get redirected to the opera://extensions/ site - I found no way to enter the settings page.
Expected result: the settings should open (like described in "steps to reproduce"
OS: Windows 10
Version of Opera: 108.0.5067.29

I finally found the solution:
There is a blue vertical bar right under the Opera-window closing button (red "X").Didn't even thought this was a button at first.
I clicked it and the quick access to the extensions reappeared. -> Just need to click on the cube and then on the extension, just like in the other browsers.
I hope this is helpful if someone has the same problem.

chrome-extension://blcdfhbibkkjpfdddnmnmhfgjlicebba/html/settings.htmlshould work for the one from https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/limit-set-limits-for-dist/blcdfhbibkkjpfdddnmnmhfgjlicebba.
For the one from https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/limit-set-limits-for-distracting-sites/, the following should work:
chrome-extension://idhmmjbmojepanopjakcclphcadaclmk/html/settings.htmlThe one from chromewebstore.google.com is way newer.
