Search bar blurry and out of place

Hi! I recently redownloaded opera/it's newest version and while I'm still figuring it out I've noticed the search bar looks really blurry and odd, I'm not sure if it's supposed to look this way (I personally find it out of place) or if it's a problem to be solved,
I'm hoping to get an answer if this is a feature and happens to everyone but if I can, I'm really hoping to fix this.
