Unbearable freezes when loading pages

Hi there!
I've been using Opera for months. Moved from Safari. In the last couple of weeks, there have been regular freezes when loading heavy web pages. I open a new page in a new tab, start scrolling it and the scrolling stops. It freezes for 3-7 seconds until the page loads further. I can do nothing during that delay. The tab does not respond to any mouse commands. At the same time, I can use the rest of the tabs. That is, the entire browser is not freezing.

Interestingly, these same pages opens in Safari, Vivaldi without problems. They can be scrolled immediately, without waiting for the content on the page to be loaded.

Unfortunately, this behavior of Opera does not allow me to work fully. Therefore, if I do not solve the problem, I will switch to another product. Although I really like Opera and I don't want to do it.

Can anyone please tell me how I can solve the problem. Thank you in advance.

I can confirm this with me too.

The problem normally happens in websites like Gitlab, Github, Azure DevOps and BitRise, but I have seen in others random websites too.

System:macOS Version 13.5.1 (Build 22G90) 13.5.1 arm64 (but the problem happens in my Windows PC too)
