      Opera browser stopped saving cookies. Moreover, in the settings they are allowed.
      It is impossible to enter mail or online stores. The computer has CCleaner and Edge browser installed. With them, there is no such problem.

        You check the main cookie setting at the URL opera://settings/content/siteData?

        CCleaner

        Did you go into CCleaner's settings and disable cleaning of Opera's files?

          @burnout426 Thanks for the help!
          In the CCleaner program, Opera cookies were not deleted.
          But according to your link: URL opera://settings/content/siteData?
          in fact, cookies were disabled.
          But, I found this item in Settings, only through your link.
          Usually, it is suggested to check the settings of opera://settings/cookies. Thanks again!

            To get to it via settings, goto privacy and security, then 'site settings", then "additional content settings", then "On-device site data".

            When you're on a site, you can click the badge at the left of the address field (usually the lock icon), click "cookies and site data", click "manage on-device site data" and then click "manage site data".

            You can blame Chromium for these complicated changes.
