asking for to send text to my flow without mouse right click or direct copy paste

Here you can see I can select some text and right-click mouse, which enables the option send text to my flow, and left-click and it sends the selected text to my flow.
but I want to do it without mouse right-click, most likely setting a keyboard shortcut that enables send text to my flow. how to do it.?Or is there any other way to "send text to my flow" without poping out to the screen , while I am screen sharing (basically I don't want to show people that I am sending text elsewhere)
