How do I turn off search suggestions and autofill entirely?

Hi I am new to the Opera browser and I recently switched from Brave because it has been extremely slow lately. Anyway, I've been going through all the settings and searching online and I cannot find a way to completely disable autofill or search suggestions. To be clear, what I am trying to do is have the option to type something in the search bar, and a search suggestion doesn't immediately predict what website I am trying to go to. I have the setting "Show suggestions before typing" turned off and it is still happening. Google and Brave have both had the option to turn this feature off, but I just cannot find how to do it on Opera. Can someone help me?

@leocg Hi, thanks for responding. I already have the "Improve search suggestions" option disabled. I also have all the options in the autofill disabled as well. Opera is still autofilling a random website suggestion when I type anything in the search bar though.
For example, I typed "h" and it autofilled "https://www.hrblock.com" as a suggestion when I have never even opened that site before. I want to be able to type anything, like "h", and only "h" shows up in the search bar, without it predicting what im trying to search for.
I'm honestly starting to think that Opera just doesn't have the option to toggle search suggestions off/on fully, which is pretty disappointing if that is the case.
Is there anything else I could try, or does Opera just not have this option?

nor search suggestions
Sorry but how exactly is that not a search suggestion? That is exactly what it is, so I'm just curious what you meant by that.
Also I meant to say "autocomplete" not "autofill", because apparently those are different things.
Either way, it seems that Opera provides no option to fully turn off autocomplete search suggestions like Firefox, Brave, Chrome, Edge, and Safari do, which is rather questionable.

Some pages just seem to remember what you type in some text fields
I'm not sure that's the case... I previously said that I had never visited that site on Opera (or on any browser at all), so how could it have remembered what I have haven't even done in the first place. In fact, I have never visited any of the sites that are autocompleted whenever I type something in the search bar.

Do you have the H&R block speed dial on your start page that Opera comes with by default in many areas? If so, move it to the trash and empty the bookmarks trash at the URL
opera://bookmarks
. Try the same thing for other speed dials on your start page that Opera comes with. Type the first 3 letters of the domain for those speed dials to test if they come up in suggestions. If so, you can remove those speed dials too if you want. For anything that's in the "Suggestions" category in the address field drop-down that doesn't have an X to the right of it when you're hovering over it (that will be coming from your history despite there being a separate history category), Opera currently has no way to disable those.
