Sidebar show delay

Hello and thank you for the opportunity to voice our suggestions.
I do love Opera, the one single thing that annoys me about it is when dragging something from my desk to a page, if I pass over any of the sidebar item, even if I pass really fast over it, it opens it and gets in the way of the page on which I was trying to drag the item to. I know that one could argue that all I have to do is to avoid the icons on the side bar and that is what I have to do. But so much time lost having to put back the dragged item back on the desktop, close the app that popped in my face and start again avoiding any icons. My suggestion would be to implement a delay, even if it was a 3/10th of a second to avoid this problem. Thank you very much :)) -

@joyceeariel This is a great idea. I hope Opera implements it.
I ended up just deactivating sidebar. I love the convenience it provides but the occasional convenience does not outweigh the constant interruption as I wait for the sidebar to open and close when I accidently touch it with the mouse. A delay would be wonderful. An option to open it with a deliberate click on some control would be even better.I know when I want the sidebar. Let me choose.
