Ability to Sign PDF files from within the browser

Microsoft Edge allows me to sign a PDF and draw on it, add text etc. This would be amazing in Opera.

@hotshotjacko Opera just uses Chromium PDF reader, so when Chromium has such feature then Opera will have it too
