Opera Randomly opens a new tab in German and closes it after it loads up?

Hi so I have a problem where I will look something up and I suddenly hear a new tab being opened and when I click on it the tab is the same one I was on but in German(?). Once it loads the German(?) one closes. I an never able to know when it is going to happen or catch it happening but I can reopen it with the reopening last closed tab window. Help? I just really don't like the feeling of someone else maybe opening a tab to look at it with me

@pinkbananamilk Does it happen with any page? Or does it affect only a specific page?
