High Temperature Spikes Using Opera GX

I have a ryzen 7 5700x with an AIO Corsair H150I ELITE LCD 360mm.
Playing anything at 1440p the CPU usually doesn't go over 55°-60°.
But using opera gx the temp can be at 50° for a while and out of nowhere it starts to rise 64°, 68°, 73°, sometimes it reaches 74, sometimes it stays at 68.
The point is that hold there for one or two sometimes three minutes and it goes back down to 50°, is that normal? Or do you know how to fix it?
