Good morning, I have renewed my subscription to VPN PRO, but I get a message that I have to uninstall the previous version and it won't let me continue, what should I do?

First, remove the old VPN PRO program. On a Windows computer, you can do this by going to the Control Panel and looking under "Programs and Features."
