Add more settings - for tab appearance and menu actions

Please add settings to control these:

Enable/disable showing close and mute buttons on tabs
Allow to remove/rearrange tab menu options, more specifically "close other tabs" and "mute other tabs"
Allow to customize the number of recently closed tabs to remember

Let me explain why I need this: I'm using multiple workspaces with 30+ tabs in each. It's not that I can't let go - I really need and use all of them:

for work: I have multiple work projects, and for each I need bug trackers, github repositories, design, etc. Today I work on one, tomorrow on another, but in a week I'll need to come back, I cannot close any of them.
for music: I listen to different playlists, radios, etc. every day. I'm cycling through them, and I'll definitely return to each of them later. I will only close one when I get tired of it.
for shopping - I save all the products I sometimes "order again" to not sift through history of all the orders - for convenience. This a lot of tabs.

That is not nearly all of them, but I hope the idea is clear by now. When I’m using my browser - I am lightning, I am speed, Efficiency is my middle name. So please don't advise me to use less tabs, we each have our own needs and preferences, it is ok. I am like this, so I need these settings.

Now a little bit about each feature:

Since I have a lot of tabs, they are very narrow, so the close and mute buttons auto-hide when the cursor is not on them (I know I can make them bigger, but I know exactly where each of them is, and I need to be able to reach them without scrolling). But as soon as I hover the mouse above the tab I want to activate - they suddenly appear right under the cursor and I close the tab I need to select instead. I’d like to avoid that very much. Mute button is even worse - it takes up nearly the whole tab, and I can barely click on tab itself to activate it instead of muting/unmuting it over and over again. Please allow me to remove them both, or at least don’t show them if they don’t fit normally.
"close other tabs" made me lose countless tabs when all I needed was to “close tabs to the right”. I really need to “close tabs to the right” after a big research comes to an end - I started with new tab (the rightest) and I kept opening new tabs, until I found an answer. They were all opened to the right, so I need exactly that - “close tabs to the right”. But instead - all gone. No undo. No clear list of all that I lost. Only about 15 ctrl+shift+T’s. And most of the restored ones are the recent ones I meant to close anyway. A waste, a frustration. Please allow me to remove this button. Manually unmuting all the tabs after an accidental press of "mute other tabs" is also frustrating. I never need mute (pause maybe, but never mute), please allow me to remove this completely. Or at least an undo of recent action or a heads up would be nice - like “are you sure you want to close/mute them all?”
I’d like to be able to reopen everything I’ve lost, not just 15. So even if something goes wrong - I don’t lose anything. My tabs are very important to me - they are my work, my life and my hobbies, my plans and travels - please allow me to keep them, to save them. Let me set the number of tabs kept in history to 200 or something, so ctrl+shift+T can save them even when no-one else can.
