History will not open

I'm on Catalina 10.15.7. Opera will not show the history page by the shortcut key, menu, or sidebar button. Solutions I have Googled are closed topics and do not specify where in the OS to find the indicated files/folders. I have done a reset, but I have not done a complete reinstall yet. Here's the About: info:
