What happened to the cookie features? I use Opera on a Windows 10 desktop and I used to be able to disable all cookies from all sites and then only allow the ones I wanted. There are valid reasons for this, which I will explain at the end for those who may be interested. As of Opera v107 cookie features are gone. Under the older version I would disable cookies from all sites, and then there were thee options available:
Sites that can always use cookies
Always clear cookies when windows are closed
Sites that can never use cookies

I would then populate these lists as per my need. I've searched the settings and the only option I can find are to allow or disable third party cookies. The behavior is still there. In other words if I go to a site that did not use to be on my exception list and they require cookies the site won't work, but I can no longer add the site to my exception list.
This feature was available in Firefox, but they took it away a few years ago, which made me look for a new browser and I found Opera and is absolutely the only feature that has kept me using Opera. If it's not coming back soon I'll be removing Opera from my system as it's useless. I still use Firefox for a few sites like Comcast and my old company's retirement site where Opera does not work so if I can't have this feature I will use Firefox for everything.

Here's the extra info and my reasons for wanting this feature for those who may be interested. I run two copies of Opera on my system, one under my ID and one that uses runas to run a second copy of Opera browser under an ID with very limited access. By default I use the second one; that way if I go to a site that has malicious code or malware the access they will have should be under that ID with limited access. I have also found some sites like hotels.com and amazon sometimes show different prices when you are logged in and do a search as opposed to when you are not. So I do my search and find what I want and since they are under "Always clear cookies when windows are closed" I won't be logged in and I can see the price as it should be. Then I select what I want and log into my account. If the price goes up I contact them and complain, but since I did that to hotels.com a couple of times they have not done it to me again. So it's a really, really good feature to have. An absolute must for me.

@44nalo It seems that Chromium has changed it. Options to enable or disabl;e cookies are now in opera://settings/content/siteData

I don't use chormium ... I liked the feature of blocking all cookies for the same reasons. But, when I tried the link mentioned, I was unable to restore the block all cookies option.

              Hello,
I just noticed today that I can't block all cookies because that option is not available. It looks like now "block third party cookies" is the default option being the other 2 available options "allow third party cookies" and "allow third party cookies in incognito mode". I want to be able to block all cookies as I have been doing up until now. It is useful because some sites won't allow you to continue unless you choose accepting their cookies on their dialog box or pay!

Is this a mistake or deliverate? If the second option is true, this is VERY disappointing.

This is how it used to be:
