Tabs disappearing all the time

Tabs disappearing all the time:
There are constant crashes. When I refresh the browser all tabs disappear, sometimes when I open the browser again - after windows is fully loaded.
Also in the sidebar in created tabs.
And there is no normal system to restore tabs, have to restore through history.
Synchronization is enabled, but there is no sense in it, it does not restore anything, such a feeling that it is just there as to calm down and for nothing else.
I'm very disappointed, I'm tired of fighting with it, in older versions before the browser upgrade there was no such thing.
