Possibility to completely switch off "Preferred languages"

Hello,
does any know if there is a possibility to completely switch off Preferred languages option? In settings I can only add / remove languages, but I have to have at least one and it breaks the UI of pages. It completely ignores whether the language of the page is in the list or not, it enforces the top one. So I would rather not have this feature at all. Before anyone starts commenting that Opera does not offer translation of pages, here is the screenshot from Opera One(version: 106.0.4998.28) -

@olaffludwig That setting only sends to the pages your list of preferred languages and it's up to the site to accept it or not, to follow it or not.
So if your first preferred language is English and the page has a version in English, then the page may show you that English version.
