Rename Opera browser windows

It would be helpful for users to have the option to rename active Opera browser windows. This feature would make it easier to identify specific tasks or content based on the window's title.

@leocg New name will be displayed on Windows taskbar, so it's easier for users to locate the tasks they are working on.

The option comes from Chromium and Edge, Chrome and Brave have it. Just hit alt + space or right-click on an empty spot on the tab bar and choose "Name window". I wouldn't use it personally, but it's a cool feature. I don't see a way to do it in Vivaldi.
