Page Crashed Problem After Hardware Change

Recently installed a bunch of new parts to my pc (basically a new PC at this point) and ever since then I continue to get the "Page Crashed screen."
see screenshot below.
Tried a bunch of older solutions yet no change has come of it.
Any suggestions/help is appreciated.

@copiousamountsofcody Did you try a reinstall? What about a clean profile?
New hardware related drivers are up to date?

@leocg Clean install has already been attempted multiple times with no change.
Could not find an answer on how to do a clean profile anywhere so if you know how that would be much appreciated.
And all drivers are up to date. -

@copiousamountsofcody As said, just delete or rename the current profile directory.
You can find the path in opera://about.

@leocg Renaming the profile directory didnt do anything and i have no access to the setting on opera gx because it comes up with the "Page Crashed" page
