Lost data after have gotten a blue screen

I know the issue of syncing data has been going on for years with GX so maybe that was my own fault. I do recall checking every once in a while and it would randomly turn syncing off. As well as never being able to fully download the latest "Security Patch".
Regardless, I've reinstalled OperaGX (currently using it to post this), and logged into my account and sadly I'm starting from square one. Extremely sad, mainly about my bookmarks.
Initially when I went onto the Sync it said that I would be able to recover through an old password. About 10-15mins ago that option seemed to miraculously disappear as well.
Any help would be great, cheers.
