Aria icon keeps on disappearing in sidebar

Constantly have to use settings to switch Aria on, but then it forgets between sessions. I am definitely signed in to Opera. This happens even if I stay signed in to Opera - almost on a daily basis. The other Ai icons are always visible.

Is this a bug?
