Opera VPN pro don't appear

Hi everyone .
Up until a weeks ago Opera vpn was working perfectly fine and suddenly the vpn button stopped appearing
,and when it does appear it's telling me that opera are having problem and are working on it .
So I was wondering if it was a general problem or if it was just me ?!
