Pop up advertising

Hi,
I have noticed that advertisement are poping up although I have enable the opera's AdBlock

I click first time in the url link and it pop up advertisement in new table instead of the true url
I close the new table
I click exactly on the same link with open right url on current table

During the try I notice it is Impossible to have the source code of the page ( equivalent of ctrl + u on a pc)

How to block its on opera for Android please?
